Text messages are already translated
As mentioned above, all text messages have already been translated by translators and double-checked by native speakers. This way the text is completely localized for the recipient of the message.
In the interface, where you select the message you want to send, you can click on the edit button and you will see all the translations for that message. Not only that, but you can send it to yourself in the selected language so that you get a better feel for it.
You do not have to do anything about the translations or change any language settings – the receiver will get the message in the language that they understand by default.
How does it work?
Whenever CartBoss needs to send a text message to a recipient, it checks what country that person is from. Based on the country of the recipient, it sends the correct translated text message – automatically. That is it.
